I wish I could give less than 1 star. We had no initial issues with Bradys until Isobel came into the picture. The unreasonable, petty and incompetent demeanour I experienced at the end of our lease was disappointing and completely out of line. I would recommend steering clear of Bradys.
I am very happy with the service , professionalism and result achieved selling 5 x 40ha blocks and the farm. John made what could have been a very stressful process an enjoyable experience. John is a grood communicator and excellent at building relationships. I recommend him highly.Regards Rob
Incompetent property management group. Lost our rent and utility bills (and blamed us). Went through four different property managers, each with the same level of knowledge - nothing. At no point were we informed of changes.We reported numerous faults and were told on a number of occasions (by the OWNER of the firm) to "fix it ourselves". Reported a fault which was unattended to for six months and only after we gave notice to vacate did they follow up with us.Made us jump through unreasonable hoops to get our bond back, even when we had given them lots of notice in good faith and left the place in good order. Managing agent had no idea of tenancy law. Very nitpick-y and greedy.If you're considering renting with them, consider not doing so. Awful firm.
Not rated at all, There was what was clearly left over poop on the carpet next to the toilet entry way. Which was never cleared up before i moved in, took 5 weeks and myself having to get the carpet cleaners to clear up this mess.
Nicola recently sold my property at the end of last year. We received the price we wanted and the property was under offer within 10 days. I found Nicola was an excellent realtor staying in contact constantly keeping us up to date, and being available ANYTIME to discuss ideas/concerns. She liaised with the buyers and our solicitor doing everything necessary. A great experience. I will be selling any further properties with Bradys.
